To consider

Children from 5 to 12 years old must pay an additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Hotel a beira do mar, bem localizado e com serviço atencioso

Gostei demais da atenção dos funcionários! Todos muito solícitos e atenciosos. O quarto é muito confortável. A vista é linda! As instalações são bem limpas (exceto na praia, mas acho que deve ser lixo das pessoas não hospedadas que passam na praia). Também gostamos da comida do restaurante!

Não gostei de terem me cobrado um valor maior do que o da reserva, 46 dólares a mais. Acho que o certo seria sabermos o valor exato do pagamento antes da hospedagem. No banheiro, a água vaza pra fora da banheira e molha o piso quando tomamos banho.

Die Dusche ist nicht ideal konzipiert. Die Regendusche ist weit vom Anstellhebel angelegt. Zudem fehlt die Handdusche.

Sehr guter Service. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmerausstattung sehr gut und sehr sauber.

Die Musikauswahl im Poolbereich mehr für junge Leute und viel zu laut. Speisekarte sehr dünne Auswahl. Quallität der Speisen sind gerade einmal befiedigend.

Es war sehr ruhig, schöne Aussicht. Das Zimmer war groß und das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Poolanlage war für die Kinder toll.

Der Strand vor dem Hotel war sehr schmutzig. Überall lag Müll herum. Unter den Betten wurde auch lange nicht mehr sauber gemacht und in der Dusche/Badewanne gab es Schimmel. Es gibt keinen richtigen Spielplatz für Kinder. Das Essen war für peruanische Verhältnisse teuer.

„Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Verbesserungspotential im Zimmer/Badezimmer

Die Zimmer waren mit 42m2 sehr groß, sodass drei Personen reichlich Platz gehabt haben. Eine riesige Terrasse mit Meeresblick, Tisch, Stuhl, Bank und zwei Steckdosen ist vorhanden. An die können auch europäische Stecker angeschlossen werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und reichlich vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist üppig. Es sind Säfte, Tee und Kaffee als Getränke vorhanden. Der Gast hat die Wahl zwischen verschieden Brotsorten. Käse, Wurst und Marmelade stehen zur Auswahl. Wer etwas warmes mag, kann sich Spiegelei in der Küche bestellen. Mehrere warme Gerichte werden angeboten: Pancake, arroz chaufa, Rührei und warme Würstl. Wir haben uns meistens Müsli aus Haferflocken und reichlich vorhandenem Obst zubereitet.

Die Balkontür war nur unter großer Kraftanstrengung zu öffnen und zu schließen. Die Arbeiten im Badezimmer sind schlecht ausgeführt worden. An der Seite der Badewanne wurden die Fliesen nicht plan verlegt. Die Badewanne hat bis auf halbe Länge eine Glastür, sodaß eigentlich ein Spritzschutz vorhanden ist. Leider ist diese unten nicht dicht. Eine Überschwemmung des Badezimmers ist die Folge. Wenn man den Duschkopf zur Wand dreht, hat man zwar kein Problem mit der Glastür mehr, aber das Wasser läuft am Wannenrand an der Wand bis zu einem Fliesensockel, der aber nicht plan ist, sondern leicht nach außen geneigt und ergießt sich dann auf den Boden. Das Problem gibt es wohl in allen Zimmern, wie mir das Zimmermädchen sagte. Es fehlt eine Toilettenbürste, um die Toilettenschüssel zu säubern. Das Zimmer war durch eine Tür mit dem Nebenzimmer verbunden, sodaß bei großen Familien die Zimmer verbunden werden können. Dies ist eigentlich ein Vorteil. Aber leider ist die Tür nicht schallgeschützt, sodaß deutlich Geräusche vom Nachbarzimmer zu hören sind. Der Strand ist dreckig und nicht zum Baden geeignet, da das Wasser kontaminiert ist

Wir waren am Anfang unserer Rundreisen für 2 Nächte im Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich von Rezeption bis zum Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Der Pool war einladend, wurde von uns aus Zeitmangel aber nicht benutzt.

Die Strände in der Umgebung sind relativ verschmutzt, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

„Für eine Nacht ganz in Ordnung

Obwohl das Wetter zu dieser Zeit (Ende September) nicht wirklich zum Baden einlädt, war der Zugang zum Pool, direkt vom Zimmer aus, sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Weniger gefallen hat uns, dass die Dusche auch das ganze Badezimmer nass macht, was an dem fix eingestellten Duschkopf und den zu kurzen Glastrennwändrn liegt. Zusätzlich war auch noch bei der Duschtrennwand die Dichtung verrutscht, sodass viel Wasser bei den Waschbecken war. Weiters sollten Steckeradapter in dieser Preisklasse (wenn schon auf Standardstecker verzichtet wurde) automatisch im Zimmer bereitliegen. Auch die Minibar hätte befüllt sein können.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Poollandschaften wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbufett ist sehr lecker und für jeden ist was dabei. Auch für mehrere Tage Aufenthalt.

Sauberkeit: Zimmer sollten etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden und nicht nur der Bewegungsstreifen. Der Vogelkot auf der Terasse wurde die 2 Tage nicht entfernt. Das gleiche gilt leider für due gesamte Anlage. Sehr starker Taubenbefall. Damit eine Menge Kot auf den Wegen und an den Rändern der Poolanlage.
